Dava Lee Russell has taught Bible studies for over forty years.  She taught English, Spanish and Bible in the public schools for 31 years. After retiring, she is called of God to present the living word through Bible studies, Conferences, and outreach ministries to help people grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. 

 

Having grown up on Main Street, Jonesborough, Tennessee, Dava Lee found the Lord Jesus early in her life as her own personal Savior, but it was not until 1970, while living in Titusville, FL, that she surrendered her life completely to the Lord Jesus Christ.  Since that time, she has experienced her own personal healing - physically, emotionally and mentally, and has led many others to allow Christ to become the center of their lives as well.

 

Dava Lee and her husband John live in Jonesborough, TN, where they enjoy time with their children and grandchildren.  As an accomplished storyteller, Dava Lee uses any opportunity to share inspirational stories with others. She is also the author of two books, A Family's Heritage and Fruitful Living as well as numerous articles in newspapers and Storytelling World.  John and Dava Lee are members of Oasis Life Church, Johnson City, Tennessee.  She is available to speak in churches, to community groups, and is open to sharing her faith with all who will listen.

 

 

"Make love your aim" (1 Cor. 14:1) has become Dava Lee's life's focus.  Together she and John make a difference in the lives of others delivering restoration and love with great joy!
